Mississippi Bonding Company is a family owned bail bonding business serving Mississippi since 1967. The company was founded by Professional Bail Agent, Paul Newman in Jackson. His life long partner and wife, Ruth Newman has been his and the business’s greatest asset.

Paul and Ruth Newman have been involved in all aspects of the business and are still active in the day to day business. Along the way, they have helped form several state and national bail agent associations. They have both been honored as inductees into the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) Hall of Fame.
We are extremely proud of our dedicated agent force who works hard to be the most educated professional bail agents in the state. We all know and understand that dealing with jails and courts is stressful and we will work diligently to make this bad time go as easy as possible.
